Do you feel like knowing how to exercise pre and post baby is just too confusing?

That is exactly what I’ve been hearing, and that’s what I experienced myself. So don’t worry, you are not alone.


Pre/postnatal health and fitness have somehow become so complicated when really, what we need more of is support, education and learning how to re-connect with our pre and post baby bodies. During your pregnancy we will help you to stay active, and prepare for the birth marathon. Post baby, we will help you to heal, practice self-care, set new goals and transition back into exercise safely.

Let me introduce myself, I’m Ellie! I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for well over 10 years now coaching pregnant and postnatal women. I am also a healthcare professional with a background in paramedicine, and a mum myself. So I can personally relate to a lot of the concerns my clients have.

I feel so strongly about women being better served in the healthcare and fitness worlds, and that empowering ourselves with education is one of the ways we can do that.

Some common issues we see women struggling with are pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal separation (diastasis recti), back pain, coping with weight gain and the new “mum-bod”, strength loss, fatigue, knowing which movements are safe and which foods to eat, and c-section recovery. Every mother deserves to look and feel her best. So many programs out there focus solely on your short-term fitness, whereas we know that it takes a holistic approach, looking at you as a whole person.

This is the perfect time frame to set healthy habits in stone, for you to see some amazing and lasting results, and to plan a party to remember.

Think of it as a day to celebrate not only babys first 12 months earthside and your time together, but also to celebrate the progress you have made in your post-baby health and fitness.

Together we will plan the big day, including helping you to arrange beautiful photos for you and your family to look back on. You will show up as your happiest, healthiest self.
