The frustrations I commonly hear from women are that they don’t know how to train safely during or after pregnancy, they don’t know the best way to train their abs, core and pelvic floor, and that they are struggling with body image and self-confidence. Women want to feel strong, healthy and empowered during pregnancy and at every stage of life. That's where I come in.
Lillako Coaching offers personalised training programs based around functional fitness, nourishing nutrition, and education. You will find things like mindfulness, self-care, and other mental health strategies included in every program as well as lifestyle coaching to ensure all your bases are covered, and you get the very best results. I am a firm believer in taking a team approach to a woman’s health, so working alongside your primary and allied healthcare providers is something I love to do too.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years now so rest assured you are in safe hands. During that time I’ve also worked as a registered paramedic, and in community health. That is where my passion for womens health truly took off. I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of the healthcare journey for so many women of all ages and life stages. This has helped me develop the holistic health and fitness program I use today. Yes, I’ve even delivered a few babies along the way!
